  While the logistics of the window replacement went very smoothly, the replacement itself was done rather poorly, with the placement impeding the sliding door. Not impressed.

  Process was smooth and easy as possible! Driving down the freeway and was behind a double trailer. It launched a rock or piece of metal at my windshield. Luckily I had USAA. It let me schedule everything right there and then with openings as soon as the next day. Technician came to my house and was done within two hours. Bam. Done. Technician was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

  Process was smooth and easy. Got an appointment very quickly and the install didn’t take long at all. Technician took the time to chat with me both before and after the installation to answer my questions.

  Friendly office staff greeted me upon entering and within 2 min the tech came out, grabbed my keys and started work. Clean waiting area allowed me the ability to open my laptop and do some work but before I could get much done the replacement of my windshield had been completed. Efficient and done before the quoted time and the staff ensured I knew who to call if I had any issues. Poured down rain the following day and no problems.
