  Filed a claim through insurance for a windshield replacement. I was connected to Safelite for the service. I was connected to a phone rep from Safelite who suggested I change out my wipers at time of glass replacement. He quoted me a price and I agreed. My wife picks up the car and I was set to pay the invoice over the phone for my deductible and for adding on the wipers. I learned that the cost of the wipers were double of what I was quoted. The rep from the store apologized and said that the phone rep must have misspoke. She offered no solution. I probably won't use Safelite again.

  They show up without glass and say they need to reschedule. Then they ghosted. Cannot rate the service as they did not perform any.

  Fantastic people. Flawless windsheild repair. Only 3 stars because they sold me a special package of wipers with some kind of windsheild coating, telling me it was 5 times better than Rainex. It left my windsheild smeary and does nothing for clearing the rain. In fact it is worse than if there was no coating on my windsheild.

  Unwelcoming Reception & Warranty Pressure During Wiper Upsell – Windshield Replacement Visit Dear Safelite AutoGlass I recently had my van’s windshield replaced at your location 717 128TH SW EVERETT, WA 98204 on March 7 2026. I’d like to share my experience and some concerns. At reception, the lady (I can’t recall her name) was not welcoming. She offered wiper blade replacement for $69, but I declined, as I had replaced them a few months ago. From that point, the interaction felt cold. My appointment was at 2 PM, yet my vehicle wasn’t touched until 2:40 PM. When I asked why, they admitted they hadn’t started. I mentioned I had other appointments and would have appreciated being told about the delay. Only then did they finally begin work. When I refused the wiper replacement, the lady strictly told me I’d lose warranty which felt pushy for which also I called customer care from whom I booked my order. I reiterated I can handle my own wipers and just replaced them. In fact, your technician Jeff confirmed my wipers were fine. Additionally, I never received a survey, likely due to my email being incorrect but my email originally was correct because I received Appointment over there. This is my personal opinion and experience, which above I shared honestly- that I found the reception environment unprofessional—from reception attitude to the pushy upsell and lack of timely communication. I hope this feedback help. Thank you.
