  Rented a car for our roadtrip, cigarette smell was head pulsing. Wouldn’t come here again or recommend the Evergreen way location to anyone

  I don't feel safe in your cars. The first one i rented for this trip nearly took our lives when the wheel flew off on the highway. The car jerked to the left very aggressively and could have easily flipped. We were left stranded on the the shoulder waiting for a tow, and over an hour after calling your roadside assistance i was informed no tow truck was on the way, ONLY after I called back to check that the expected 60 minute wait was still accurate. I was given a mini van to rent for the duration of my trip but by the time I was in California i noticed the A/C was not working. It got so hot in the car my phone was overheating and I was barely able to use maps on my phone. We found another enterprise in California and swapped out for another mini van, but the first one they brought out had some electrical issue and they had to put it back and get yet another one. It took four tries for Enterprise to find a car for me that was safe enough to drive for the duration of my trip. I have had good experiences in the past renting from Enterprise, but the experience of having a wheel simply detach while going highway speeds has left me terrified to be in a car. I wasnt able to sleep on the road trip without awaking with a start because I felt like I needed to be ready at any moment for a crash. Any bump in the road made me and my partner extremely nervous that the car was about to fail. Not only was this immensely stressful, but we lost an entire day of our trip, hotel stay, and the event we were heading to due to the set backs caused by Enterprise's faulty vehicles. I am extremely dissatisfied.

  Great customer service. I was going on vacation and Sean was most helpful in finding me a vehicle that had enough cargo space for our huge amount of luggage, totes, and cooler. It worked out perfectly. The SUV was immaculate. Great experience!

  I recently had the opportunity to rent a car at the Evergreen way Enterprise, here in Everett while having repairs done to my car. The shop was convenient located next to the repairs shop so there was no hassle with the whole drop off and pick up process that can happen during this kind of adventure. Speaking of less hassles they conveniently reached out prior and during the process to ensure things were going smoothly and ensure my needs were taken care of. There selection of vehicles was great with a variety to choose from. Now I'm terrible with names, so I am using their first initial in my review. J has greeted me at the transition from the repairs shop by name. Took me through the process, ensuring my needs were met. He went through a selection of vehicles and chose the perfect rental for my needs. The manager B was friendly, helpful and ensure my needs were met. Both individuals provided the kind of customer service you would expect to receive in days gone by, but with the addition of technology. I would definitely recommend the Enterprise rental service on Evergreen way in Everett for any of your rental needs. In fact I think when time comes for me to look for a new car, I just might go rent another vehicle or two from them to try out for a few days before I make an investment in a new vehicle. Thanks J and B for making what could have been part of a stressful event most pleasant.
