    When calling to inquire about a drop off at a different location the employee I spoke to yesterday gave me incorrect information and just said you can do whatever you can drop it off wherever it's all good I don't need to make a note in the system or anything. Now I'm being charged more money. Whatever female answered my phone call yesterday afternoon ought to be fired. She was so unhelpful I just had to call someplace else to get somebody who was not incompetent.

    They have a new person he isn’t customer service driven more like goes by the book. Pushing the add ons all know that’s profit for enterprise but still. Telling customers you can’t provide service to drop them off on the weekends should be mandatory for a car rental business especially only location open and n weekend. Don’t rent from this location.

    “I was in an accident, and the other party’s insurance gave me a rental car. I came here, but they did not assist me in any way. They tried to give me a terrible, broken-down car, and I asked them for different options, and they told me that I could pay extra money, but they said there was no option other than this car. And this was a very bad experience. Absolutely do not go here. I went to another Enterprise car location, and they were amazing. They took great care of me and gave me a really nice car. They are wonderful people.”

    I’m extremely frustrated with the experience my mom and I have had with Enterprise during this rental. My mom rented a vehicle from the Snohomish location, which we chose specifically because we’ve used that location several times in the past and have spent hundreds of dollars with your company over the years. Unfortunately, this time the service has been incredibly disappointing. Just three days into the rental, the tire pressure light came on. About a week later, the check engine light came on as well, and the car was riding very rough. At that point, we did what any reasonable customer would do and tried to arrange a vehicle swap. What followed was over two and a half hours on the phone, calling multiple nearby locations and having to repeat the entire situation to every single employee we spoke with. Every location told us the same thing: there were no vehicles available and we should call back the next day. Out of frustration, I called back shortly afterward pretending to be a new customer looking to rent a vehicle, and suddenly there were several vehicles available. That was incredibly upsetting to hear after being told repeatedly that nothing was available for us — a customer who was already renting a vehicle that clearly had mechanical issues. The next day we called again as instructed, and once again we were told there were no vehicles available to swap, unless we wanted to pay extra to upgrade to a larger vehicle. The idea that a customer should have to pay an upgrade fee just to replace a rental that has a check engine light and is driving poorly is honestly ridiculous. At no point were we offered a discounted rate or any type of accommodation for the inconvenience. After two weeks of dealing with this issue, we were finally able to swap the vehicle for an economy car. I do want to acknowledge that the gentleman who helped us at the Everett Mall Way location was very kind and helpful, and we truly appreciated his assistance. However, the overall experience leading up to that point was unacceptable. Between the defective vehicle, the hours spent on the phone, the lack of available solutions, and the suggestion that we should pay more money to fix a problem that wasn’t our fault, this has been extremely disappointing. Once this reservation ends, I honestly don’t see us choosing Enterprise again in the future. ******update: I tried to contact regarding this matter via the website link that Kim posted in comments on my original review - and I haven't heard back from anyone. Since then I have dropped off the vehicle and was charged 702$ - I haven't gotten my 200$ deposit back and I have yet to receive any form of communication since I reached out to someone higher up last week... KIM can you please contact me

    Shout-out to being one of the few enterprise locations nearby open on a Sunday (when my car rental was due) and the employee was super awesome I literally love enterprise employees lmao
