Then also the first place that's recommended to me in oil cleaner as my engine Burns oil like crazy and the oil turns really dark. Fast friendly and efficient service will be going to this location instead of the ones that I've been going to previously. This place knocks all the others out of the park. I asked if I could get out and look at the level and that wasn't allowed. So anyways the guy adds coolant off a hose. It was clear, which it should be red. I asked if it was water or what he was adding. And he responded it's the stuff or something on those lines. So I was like OK and hoped it was correct antifreeze. Then I leave thinking everything was fine. Later t h at night down in Seattle my truck started making all these weird noises and I noticed the temp gage was fluctuating. I scramble to find a place to pull off to the side and turn vehicle off. Finally turn it off it just keeps running. Super worried. Checked under the hood and notice fluid all around the reservoir for coolant. Checked the cap. I dont even know how it was still sitting on there. Not even half a turn. Long story short cap was not tightened at all on it lost about a liter of antifreeze through the loose cap. Luckily I wasn't on a trip in the middle of nowhere. Very concerning to have an issue like this at such and establishment. And super pissed they wouldn't let me out to look at it. I definitely would have never let that happened. Can't trust this spot anymore.
