  Gonna start off with saying PT was an amazing help today! Went in for a quick wash with a coupon, the man at the window was very courteous and let us know about the 30 day trial. We tried it out and signed up. Right after the wash we used the free vacuums and there was two so my partner and I went at it together. When we had an issue with the mats an employee helped us with the free mat cleaning machine, shout out PT for not making us feel dumb for getting the mats stuck. It was member appreciation day so we got a free cloth, window cleaning kit, and doughnut! Apparently they do it once a month and we got lucky today. PT came to check in on us a lot and even knew my partners name because they used their comms to let each other know to check in on their customers creating a great welcoming environment. Overall great experience, amazing costumer care, and service. PT is great!! :)

  The best car wash I’ve gone to. The workers are so attentive and they care about the cleanliness and service they provide. My Tesla went through once and I was stopped and offered another free wash because there some dirt left towards the bottom of my car (my car was very very dirty and teslas are harder to clean through car washes). Will only be going to this car wash, not just due to the quality of their offered services, but the workers attentiveness and care.

  Employee behavior rude. Even though I waited patiently for my turn and let people vacuum there car. As there was multiple station open and told I was to leave because I didn’t want to wash my car. And needed a membership to use the vacuum. And every week I go here. Never have I been told to leave and let membership people have the right away.

  2nd time I as a paying annual customer have sat there and waited while someone in there car was in the way that was In the wrong line while other cars just went right thru on the 1st bay and went on past me. Then as I finally get thru the employees realizing i was frustrated sit at the end and wave as i come thru. 🤔 Give me a reason to keep my membership here and to recommend people to this place we will see of my review changes

  I received a free wash coupon in the mail, and decided to redeem it (of course the only day I have free this week turns out to be rainy...oh WA 🥲). The crew made it super simple to sign up for a free 30 day trial membership, and my guy Jacob came out to greet and check in with me and made sure I got the whole welcome tour! I will hit up those mat washing stations on a dry day friend, though the car wash was fast, thorough and left a sparkle ✨ Vacuum stations were super easy to use: no timer, no token, just press play and go for as long as needed, and then hold the button to shut it down. Very clean, good vibes people and thank you for the awesome service!
