  I have been going here for years with all my vehicles. They are the best I have encountered. They are honest and don't rip you off. You also don't drive away with issues you didn't have before. All things I have experienced from other places.

  So I roll up to Everett Tire Automotive with a flat tire — you know, the kind of thing you’d expect a TIRE SHOP to help with? Silly me. I leave my car there thinking they’ll do the decent thing and fix the tire. I come back and find out… THEY TOWED IT. Yes. TOWED. My car. From a tire shop. For having a flat tire. Let that sink in. Did anyone call me? No. Did anyone offer assistance? Nope. Just a surprise tow bill like it’s my birthday — except instead of cake, it’s attitude and incompetence. 🎁 To the man running the front (you know who you are) — I’m not sure if you’re running a tire shop or a tow truck commission scam. Either way, you’ve lost a customer for life and gained a one-star legend. If you value your money, time, and common decency, steer clear. Unless you want your car to disappear faster than their tire ever getting fixed.

  I was fixing my own brakes and could not finish the job because of a stuck guide / slider pin on the caliper bracket. I called ahead and Mark said he would have a look at it. I walked the part over to Everett Tire & Automotive and within 1 hour I received a call that it was done. Mark loosened the stuck pin and cleaned the parts and even gave me a new rubber boot that I ruined while working on it. He declined payment for the service. Mark saved me from buying $150 of parts that I didnt need from the auto parts store which was my only other alternative. I appreciate the great service from Mark and Everett Tire & Automotive. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Mark.
