  Fantastic team at this location. First, it was an odd day for me. In short, I cannot speak but can hear and have a feeding tube. For the first time, I had to use my feeding tube in public, not one person gave me a funny look and all were very helpful. When a challenge came up with my vehicle. the whole team jumped right in to assist and did everything possible to solve. I can see in this crew how well they respect each other and work well as a team. It’s not often you get to experience that. They love what they do and It shows.

  Great Safelite location! Reception staff were friendly and helpful and efficient. Technicians were knowledgeable and did a high quality job in replacing my windshield in a timely fashion that exceeded my expectations. And I was able to go next door to donate blood so got two items off my to do list!

  Needed a driver's side door window replaced. I made the appointment, took it in at my scheduled time, and it was done a few hours later. Everything was great and I'd go there again if another window breaks.

  I am going on over a month now to get my glass fixed. Guy came out pretty quick initially, realized he didn't have the right glass, and crash-wrapped my auto. Told me I'd get a call no later than next day. I never did. I call several times over the next two weeks or so to the main line for Safelite and finally get a direct number to the Everett location after being told I'd get a call from them which never happened. I finally get an appointment on the board. Rather than going over glass options at that the time of booking they call me days before my appointment and ask me if I would prefer a manufacturers glass or knock off. I ask for a quote and am told they need to reach out to their parts department for pricing and will get back to me. I never get a call back. The day of my scheduled appointment which was supposed to be cancelled, their tech calls and I told him I was supposed to receive a quote on the OEM glass I would prefer. I call the Everett store and am told they haven't hear from parts but magically she looks and there's a quote of about $150 for an additional cost. I decide to schedule a new appointment with my preferred glass and am told the glass is ordered and would come in 10 days on 10/28 but lets make the appointment 10/29 in case it comes late in the day. Well we're here and nobody shows during our time period of 7-12 so I call. I was initially told I cancelled the appointment on 10/21 and then put on hold. While on hold I get a text stating I'm on the books for 10/29/2025 and to be there by 5 PM even though this is supposed to be done at my house. Rep finally comes back on and tell me she hasn't heard from her parts department. This seems to be their go to excuse and they don't ever think to follow up with them prior to a scheduled appointment. This should have been followed up on and recognized prior to an appointment so you can inform the customer of what is happening. And why tell me it's ordered and give me a delivery date of 10/28 while booking an appointment for 10/29 if we may be waiting on the parts department? They are unorganized, the customer is not the priority. They're clearly scrambling and coming up with an excuse because plain and simple, they messed up. They likely forgot about me. I can live with honesty and I have been more than patient, for at least a month now. I'm fed up at this point and I would recommend going elsewhere. I don't know if it's Safelite as a whole or just this location but beware. Their communication and organization is not acceptable. Update: After expressing my frustrations, Safelite called me within an hour with an update on the glass we wanted after not being able to get that same info in the 10 days since we booked the appointment. I called a local glass shop and they called me back with information within 30 minutes of my initial call to them. It was as simple as calling the dealership. Go somewhere else if you want some customer service.

  They backed my vehicle into something while in their possession and wouldn’t admit fault. There is a large dent on my liftgate that I know with 100% certainty was not there before I dropped the vehicle off. They sent me a picture stating that the dent was on there before, but then when I asked them for a timestamp on when they took pictures, they won’t respond. Also asked for video footage and it’s been a week now and still no response. It’s corrupt and I expect more out of large company like them.
