If you have a newer vehicle I would not recommend taking it to safelight auto glass repair unfortunately. I took my 2022 car here to fix a significant crack in my windshield, after three different windshields were installed in my car they still could not manage to figure out how to get my windshield to recalibrate with the car. My safety sensors in the front of my car no longer work. I had to take my car back three separate times hoping that they could manage to get my windshield to recalibrate with my car. I payed my $1000 deductible, but they had me sign a waiver stating that the safety features were no longer working in my car. Safelight told me to take my car to a dealership to have them recalibrate my windshield. I called my insurance, my insurance company told me the cost would be out of pocket if I take it to a dealership to get the windshield recalibrated, and I could submit the invoice from the dealership and they MIGHT refund me the extra cost. The cost of having my windshield recalibrated at a dealership is super expensive and I’m really bummed. I thought it would be fixed via my insurance and I would only have to pay my deductible, but after taking it to safelight I’m just now left trying to fix another issue with my car. I felt like they were frustrated that I didn’t want to sign the waiver until I called my insurance company. Safelight said this apparently happens all the time. If you have a newer vehicle just be extremely cautious with safelight, take your car to a specialist instead or somewhere equipped and experienced with newer cars. Save yourself the stress!

Very friendly staff. I appreciated the technician walking me out to my car to show me the work done and the explanations given around that work and what to expect with the repair.

Had to call and keep rescheduling cuz they couldn't figure what windshield to use. Then finally got my car in only for them to not do it right now I got water leaking all over my floorboards. Wasted money on a mechanic just for them to tell me you didn't do your job correctly. Never using Safelite after this again. This is what happens when you don't pay your employees.

Great service as they service your car anywhere, very friendly, and pretty quick. However, after install, I noticed that the rear view mirror is wobbly and after further examination found that the housing for the mirror where it attached to the windshield is very noticeably cracked all the way through. I am following up with service but mostly unhappy that it was not disclosed while speaking to us directly after install as it seems they were hoping it wasn’t noticed.

Trust is a big thing for me and this company earned a customer for life. Every single individual that I came into contact with was professional, friendly, respectful and a human. I don’t mean to go dark here, but going forward I won’t support a business that chooses AI and or don’t have US based folks running the phones. It’s important that we as customers speak with our wallets and not just our voices. Repair shops always had a negative association with me and this was the first one I left smiling and happy which never happens. They fixed my car in a timely manner before I was even done with my breakfast. Book your appointment!!
