Then finally got my car in only for them to not do it right now I got water leaking all over my floorboards. Wasted money on a mechanic just for them to tell me you didn't do your job correctly. Never using Safelite after this again. This is what happens when you don't pay your employees.

However, after install, I noticed that the rear view mirror is wobbly and after further examination found that the housing for the mirror where it attached to the windshield is very noticeably cracked all the way through. I am following up with service but mostly unhappy that it was not disclosed while speaking to us directly after install as it seems they were hoping it wasn’t noticed.

Every single individual that I came into contact with was professional, friendly, respectful and a human. I don’t mean to go dark here, but going forward I won’t support a business that chooses AI and or don’t have US based folks running the phones. It’s important that we as customers speak with our wallets and not just our voices. Repair shops always had a negative association with me and this was the first one I left smiling and happy which never happens. They fixed my car in a timely manner before I was even done with my breakfast. Book your appointment!!

I ended up becoming available during the week, so I tried rescheduling my appointment for that day but, even though I had a confirmation via email and text, no appointment was found. I had to call customer service and they confirmed that not only was my appointment cancelled by someone from this shop, but all record of my vehicle was removed so I couldn't even be rescheduled. This was Tuesday the 9th and I was told by Cathy that I would be getting a call back from her manager, Theresa, that same day. Of course, I have yet to receive a call from anyone. Thankfully, Chip Happens was able to replace the window that same day AND they were cheaper than what Safelite had quoted me.
