I would recommend, them as long as your not on a small budget , overall great job and excellent customer service.

The problem is this is January & after multiple phones calls to get credit back on our card for the "rain type protection option" that we did not want nor get & charged our card we still have not gotten the credit. Everytime we told "No problem we'll issue the credit & nothing happens. I called the day of installation & it was suppose to be credited then. If it doesn't show up within the next week I will have to dispute the charge on the card with our bank.

Complete lack of preparation and professionalism. But what happened next is far worse and completely unacceptable. While I was getting my belongings out of my car in the parking lot, one of their employees opened my car door without asking or warning. They saw my dog inside and still opened the door. My dog panicked, jumped out, and ran straight toward a busy avenue. My dog almost got killed. I had to chase him for two full blocks, terrified, while cars were passing by. When I finally came back, the staff was inside the shop acting like nothing happened. No apology. No concern. No responsibility. Nothing. This is a serious safety issue, not only for pets but for people. You do NOT open someone’s vehicle without permission—especially in a busy parking lot. Because of this incident and their complete lack of accountability, I cancelled the service immediately (which they couldn’t even perform anyway due to their mistake). If you value your safety, your property, or your pets, stay far away from this place. One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

More alarming, the technician sent to do the work was unprofessional - using profanity and exhibiting behavior / language I wouldn’t expect from a service provider. One could easily see he had no interest in performing the work given he was onsite for less than 5 minutes before causing a scene. On the plus side, the tech did leave when asked. Office staff that I interacted with were generally unknowledgeable about their services and unwilling to take responsibility for their tech’s behavior. Recommend booking elsewhere. Poor experience all around.
