This is not a real place. Service is terrible. Don’t bother go there. The vacuum they do have in service not worth 💩. Here is the bad part. And you can go and prove me wrong. Those robot brush things that supposed to wash your car, at least one of them don’t work. Just there like a tree. I’m shocked they have water and soap. I never canceled a membership so fast! $46 a month just dumb.

Paid 25 bucks for the lucky duck, and my car was still completely filthy. I complained and was put through a second wash on the most expensive ceramic option, and the car was still completely dirty. This is the most ripped off I've ever felt from a car wash.

This is immediately after going through the car wash. I had a membership and Glint car wash before Quick Quack and never had an issue. This is the 2nd time I’ve gone through this car wash and both times I left extremely disappointed. I wont be going back. The photo says it all.

It forces you to do at least one star to be able to write anything. It really should have zero stars. This Everett location is the worst car wash I have ever been at. The brushes are always broken. There’s three or four down at this time and it’s been like that for over a month and they take forever to get fixed and then they break instantly again. The vacuums either don’t work or half of them are gone and they don’t replace them. You write to the company to let them know their management is horrible at this location or all these things would not be a problem. Garbage everywhere. You vacuum your car out if you’re lucky to get a vacuum that works and then you’re worried about what you’re bringing into your car when you’re finished because of all the grime and dirt and garbage all over their parking lot. Staff stands around, never fixes anything. I canceled my three car membership. Don’t waste your money or time.

I’ve watched this place really go downhill over the last year, since it was taken over by Quick Quack. Disappointing, because it used to be a great car wash. Now, half of the vacuums have been broken for over two months now. A few months back, they added free rags to use while drying and vacuuming your car. However, most of the time they are completely out of rags. I have a membership for the most premium wash and the majority of the time that I pull through the wash, there are brushes that aren’t spinning for some reason. I often have to pull through the wash more than once to make the car look decent. It’s clear that they aren’t keeping up with maintenance on this place. The last three times I swung by to get a car wash it was closed, but there was no sign out front explaining why. It was clearly within the normal business hours.
