- SRSal Ramirez3 days ago1.0I use to love this car wash, but now after going threw 3 times cars still dirty. Half of the vacuums don’t work. The scrub brushes in the car was have been broken for sometime and just scratch your car. They need to do maintenance on the car wash.
- BBBrianna5 days ago2.0Glad I'm canceling my run here. It was convienent but lately, the sides of my car do not get washed and I never get to use any of the vaccums anyway so that's a bust. But the sides not being washed, or rinsed, is wild. I leave with soap residue every time. Until this changes, if it does, I'm done with Quick Quack.
- EMelvia maldonado5 days ago1.0If I could give a 0 star review I would, a piece broke off the roof of my car last weekend and I stopped at the end of the car wash to check it out, when i noticed a piece was missing i waved an employee over that had seen us abruptly stop (he never asked what was wrong) and he gave us a look of “I don’t want complaint”, he didn’t have positive attitude is the best i can describe it, I asked him for the piece that broke off and asked if he knew why that would happen and i was ignored multiple times before asking for his attention again and the only response i got was “I’ll leave my manager a note🤷♂️”.. I will be canceling my membership.
- MMMaxNov 9, 20251.0If there was a zero star option, I would give it here. The worst car wash in the puget sound area. Half of the vacuums don’t work and mud all over my truck after car wash. Drive right past this and go to any number of other ones. I hope this car wash closes for good.
- TTTim TariccoNov 8, 20251.0This is a brand new location (less than a year old) which was great when it first opened, but it has quick quackly gone downhill. I’ve gone once a month over the last two months and the vacuum service lot has been a mess with trash overflowing and no clean towels both times. This location is hurting the brand reputation. The competition is opening a location just down the street later this month. I can’t imagine Quick Quack being able to compete.
