Not one person told me my battery could possibly blowout and despite asking the installer he kept gaslighting me saying my battery was old even though I have a newer car and it wasn’t till my mother got involved when they said this can happen with installation and should have been told before installation. So despite paying 400 dollars for the device and installation I still can’t use my car because the battery is completely dead which has added more financial hardship
