The quality of the work was excellent, and once I connected with the Regional Manager, Joshua, he was reassuring and transparent about the delays caused by defective condensers. My initial concerns turned out to be unfounded, and I appreciate his effort to explain the situation clearly. The only area for improvement would be earlier and more proactive communication. Once Joshua got involved, everything was handled professionally and resolved well.

- BBBeeApr 23, 20203.0Everything was great except they got the day I was picking up my car wrong in their system and when I came in I had to come back the next day since they didn’t have it ready. Which was odd, I guess it wasn’t cleaned up. And then when I had to pay, their system wasn’t taking my card, and was declining it even though there were zero problems on my end. It seemed like they were assuming I was the problem because they asked if I could pay with another method. They had me get on the phone with my bank as I suggested again there should be no issues. Of course as I’m on hold with the bank and they are telling me there should be no issues and they don’t see my card was ran, they tried again and it worked. So my card was definitely not declined, there is something wrong with whatever they’re using to run the cards and it was embarrassing for me. Thank god it decided to work. And then on top of that, one of my lights was out and the battery was not charged when I went to drive my car home. This was my first time having ever being in a car accident and hopefully never happens again as it’s never going to be a positive experience but no I would not recommend Gerber Collision due to the little things that did not inspire confidence. However, my car looks very nice, but again I have nothing else to compare it to.
