  Customer service was amazing... I just didn't realize how much I wouldn't like the car I was driving... I am sure they would have switched it out for me but I didn't have time to go back and ask. Thank you guys. You did great 👍🏻

  They are great, but the car never has a full tank of gas. So figuring out how to refill it to where it was is impossible.

  I am a return customer for many years. I was always treated well with respect and dignity. The cars are reliable and in good condition..I will continue to be a customer as long as I am in need of a rental. Thanks enterprise of Everett Washington.

  Check your bank statements. I was double and triple charged. I caught the second charge, I went in the young lady at the counter helped me. She reversed the charge and I thought this was taken care of. 2 days later they charged my account again for a penny different. When I went in and asked why they charged my card again, I was told that was the original invoice and it could not be reversed and then they refused to reverse the charge 10 days earlier when I brought the car back. I was told me to make copies of all of the documentation and send it into their corporate office and prove that I was overcharged. Nope, I went into my bank and disputed the charge and my bank got my money back for me. I just happened to catch this because I was checking my account. I can only imagine how many other people they have done this to and gotten away with it. I made copies for proof of what they did. I will never deal with this company ever again. They are crooks.
