  We rented a Malibu for two weeks at an excellent price! All the employees we worked with were friendly, helpful and professional and seemed to be proud of their jobs.

  Needed a rental when my car was not drivable. Got a mid size sedan for $40 a day and you can also add additional insurance coverage. Great customer service throughout and quick return. Was in and out in a few minutes for both times. Very good experience

  The rental vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned prior to being provided to me. While we were driving, my 4-year-old reached under the driver’s seat to retrieve his drink and began crying. It was then discovered that he had cut his finger on a knife that had been left underneath the driver’s seat. In addition to the safety risk to my child, I unknowingly crossed into Canada with a knife in the vehicle. Had this been discovered, I could have faced serious legal consequences, as such an item is prohibited. This is particularly concerning because I contacted the rental location multiple times before my trip to confirm that everything, including paperwork and vehicle readiness, was in order for crossing the border. The fact that the vehicle was not properly inspected or cleaned is completely unacceptable. My child could have been seriously injured. Thankfully, the cut was minor, but this does not diminish the severity of the situation. I raised this issue with the manager, and I was only charged for one day of the rental. While I appreciate that adjustment, this experience has left me extremely disappointed. I rent vehicles frequently through this company, but due to this incident, I will not be using this location again

  Don’t rent during the holidays!!! They jack up prices to take advantage of people to fill the pockets of the ceo and shareholders. This is why. They have plenty of cars. The staff said oh yeah they raise the prices during the holidays because of demands. Crap! I’m talking a difference of one week in renting and a $100 difference. The staff is very nice, I’m sure making the same amount of money regardless of how they gouge customers. When there is a need, there is a way to screw folks over. Won’t ever be back to enterprise again. Response- what an incredibly corporate response, I can really tell you care. I’ll pass on wasting any more of my time. Thank you.
