  I don't know much about cars at all, and I came into AutoZone a little stressed about what's been going on with my Jeep. Michael helped me out and honestly made the whole experience way better than I expected. He ran a free diagnostic, explained everything in a super simple way, and made sure I actually understood what was going on instead of just throwing car terms at me. What stood out the most was how patient and genuine he was. He didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing anything, and he took his time walking me through what I could do next and how to fix it. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just doing his job. Customer service like that is rare. Michael deserves recognition for how he treats customers. Definitely the kind of employee you want representing your business.

  This store seeks to advocate and support customers with real service. I’m so impressed by the level of respect and management. We had an unused part to return that did not fit our needs. Artemis kindly tried everything to get our refund but was unable to get the transaction to go through. We were asked to return when the store manager was on duty the next day. Upon returning, Zahid the store manager worked with me, addressed the issue with the return, explained it to me respectfully and then at his discretion managed to provide my return. I was extremely grateful as it was a pricey purchase. Upon observation his employees seem to hold a level of respect and monitor the store with efficiency, awareness, and duty. This store is busy and I see why. I would choose to go to this AutoZone over others in the area with the knowledge that my business is appreciated and I will receive assistance and attention. Thank you for easing my concerns and assisting me with this transaction so patiently and thoroughly!
