    JC was a dream to work with. He knew how important it was to find us a safe SUV to travel cross country with during the winter. He also knew we needed a safe winter vehicle to take my son back and forth for chemo. His customer service was outstanding and I’m grateful for his constant support throughout our journey. He is the absolute best Enterprise manager I have ever rented from. He was a bright light for our family during a time that is so difficult for us. I will always return to Enterprise for this reason. Please thank JC over and over from us. We greatly appreciate his A+++++ service.

    The personal at the rental center we're very professional and through and the car I was given was clean and well maintained

    The rep did everything he could to facilitate my rental even with multiple issues. However the car i drove from washington to California over 700 miles at about the 500 mile mark the oil change light/ warning came on. Stating oil change required now . This happened in the middle of nowhere. No services available in 250 miles. Not happy. Stressed until reached my destination.
