  This place is amazing. I booked last minute. The location was supposed to be closed that day and the owner had a doctors appointment. She detoured just to make sure my reservation was still kept. Not only was it a quick easy process. But for her to help when she already had enough to worry about says a ton about them. Hats off to these guys I would 100% recommend them.

  Would recommend returning your truck anywhere but this location, I had a strange and scary experience here. I rented a truck from Penske in Denver to move my daughter home. When I arrived at the facility the customer service agent was abrasive. She demanded I give her the paper copy from our origins, the origin destination used an ipad to check in and said it would be in the system. She refused to check in the vehicle, and then proceeded to inspect the vehicle. Evey minor imperfection she noted and stated that it was damaged we caused and would be held liable. Nothing was from our journey, and was minor wear and tear that was on the truck. She told us we were required to give her payment and sign a paper that stated we caused the damage and give her a credit card. I then had my husband show up to help. We went to our car and called corporate to see if they could assist. They were helpful and told us we shouldn’t be liable for anything, and based on the condition the truck was in perfect order. The girl came up to our car window and started screaming at us to hang up from corporate and to talk to her manager. We eventually had to roll up our windows and tell her to leave us alone as she was verbally assaulting us. After getting reassurance from corporate everything would be fine, we went inside to turn in the keys. A man had arrived, and was sitting behind the counter holding an ax handle. He refused to look at us, but held it in his hand and was pretending to polish it. The lady again demanded we give her a credit card and pay several thousand in damages, and sign a paper stating fault. After some discussion, we were allowed to leave and turn in the truck. Myself, my husband, and my daughter are all shaken by this experience, and would recommend not using this location for your own safety.

  I rented a 16-foot moving van and car hauler from KMS and Jessica and staff went out of their way to make the process as simple and convenient as possible. The paperwork was a breeze and the equipment was in excellent shape. Jessica and staff were also happy to answer any questions I had. I would absolutely use them again if I ever needed a truck!

  We have had multiple experiences with the "owner" who was rude during every contact. "I've told you six times we only have a 16 ft truck for rent." She threatened to call the police when I informed her my husband and I filed a complaint against her for being rude during multiple contacts. Today, she extended her arm with a pointed finger shouting at me to get off her property." She refused to contact the Seattle Penske to see if they did a walk around on the truck we returned to Ebrg Penske. "That's not my job!" (Seattle Penske did a walk around but did not provide us paperwork.). Ebrg Penske advised we would have to pay for any damages unless we provided the paperwork. I contacted Penske corporate office about her and will take my business elsewhere until she is gone or request a police escort if I have to return property to her. I suggest you do the same. I will not rent Ebrg Penske, taking my business elsewhere until Penske addresses this problem owner.
