  Stopped in to this location to top off my wiper fluid before heading on a road trip as stated directly on their website as part of their top-off service. "Between visits and feeling low on fluids? Stop in—we’ll top you off, free of charge. We’ll check and fill things like motor oil (up to 1 quart), windshield washer fluid, power steering, transmission, battery fluid, and even your tire pressure. No catch. No appointment. Just quick help to keep your vehicle running strong. (Antifreeze not included in the free refill program.)" The first guy didn't even know how to open my hood. The second guy reluctantly did so, then came to my window and said, "just so you know, we don't do top off's here." I told him that I had specifically checked the website before coming to ensure that Grease Monkey does this and his reply was "well, the website is wrong. You are only entitles to a 1 quart oil top-off during a service, not other top off's anytime. Besides, we aren't set up to do that anyway." I told him I also go to Kenmore and they don't have any problems with it since it IS Grease Monkey's policy, they just fill a jug and bring the fluid to the car if the bay is full." His reply "well, go there then. We don't do that here." and proceeded to walk away. Think outside the box, buddy, and know your work policies. 1 star at best for the 1-time semi top-off of wiper fluid. Zero stars for customer service. Won't be back. Won't refer anyone to this location. Wouldn't trust them with any other services either.

  As a new Nissan owner, I had my 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport serviced at Grease Monkey in Edmonds on 01/10/2026. Unfortunately, I am profoundly disappointed and saddened by the outcome. within 30 miles of driving after that service, I encountered a significant transmission fluid leak, which left the vehicle completely inoperable because of their negligence. I had the car towed to a Nissan dealership. The technicians confirmed that the CVT transmission fluid was **completely empty**. They also discovered that Grease Monkey had used the incorrect transmission fluid, which is not recommended for Nissan vehicles. Despite my concerns, they insisted their chosen fluid was correct. using the incorrect fluid in excess amounts caused the fluid to expand improperly, leading it to gush out and spread across the engine, ultimately making the car inoperable. The dealership also confirmed that the entire issue stemmed from carelessness during the servicing, as the proper amount of fluid was not added, causing excessive expansion and potential damage to the system. In addition to all of this, when I reached out to Grease Monkey management, they refused to take any responsibility. They made me wait for four days to review their footage, and ultimately refused to provide any assistance or take accountability. The manager’s exact words were "Sorry I can’t help you". I am now faced with the situation of being forced to replace the transmission for $5600. I am writing this review out of sheer disappointment and helplessness. To any customer who is thinking about getting a transmission service at this place - PLEASE RE-THINK
