  One of the high-speed charges was not working and there was somebody plugged into the other one I use their app to get support and that process was easy and went well, but unfortunately it was a mechanical problem and not something they could fix on their end so unfortunately I could not charge. The other two slower chargers were occupied also. This is the third time I've tried to use an evgo charger and was unsuccessful in doing so because of the fact that there's only a few of them at the location and they were all full or some were not working. So far I have not had a very good experience with evgo. 0 for 3 is not a good record to have. In The last 5 years this is the only charging Network I've ever had this many problems with.

  Hey there! This is a fantastic place to recharge! Just a friendly reminder that one of the three chargers (the middle one with 100kW) might not be working quite as smoothly as it should. 🔌 Also, the 350kW charger is supposed to be working with 🔌🔌it’s work just 🔌🔋one side Could someone please take a look and fix those? Thanks a bunch! 🔋🪫🔋

  Fast charging, but usually crowded. As reservations are not available at this location, you can usually expect to have to wait for a charger at least half the time. This problem is made worse by the poor placement of the chargers in the parking lot, as what feels like the majority of traffic in and out passes right in front of them, obstructing access and making it far easier for new arrivals to reach freshly vacated chargers before anyone who's been waiting for one. Once you've secured a charger, expect to see homeless people sleeping within a few feet of your car, as well as other EV owners passing by slowly in front, leering through your windshield yet right past you as if you didn't exist, trying to see the screen on your charger to estimate how much longer your car will take to finish charging. There also seems to be a group of street racing enthusiasts who frequent this area, with police doing little to nothing to stop them, making the already stressful environment feel down right unsafe. Bottom line: despite this being the only 350kW EVgo charger in the area, I find I much prefer going to a 50kW charger instead for the reduced stress, and even frequently save time in doing so as I rarely have to wait to charge there, whereas here I'm liable to be stuck in limbo for hours, watching charger after charger get stolen before I can get to them.
