You can tell right away that he leads his crew well — everything runs smoothly, the team communicates clearly, and the service is organized and respectful from start to finish. Seth, the assistant manager, did an excellent job explaining what my vehicle actually needed without any pressure. He took the time to walk me through the recommendations and even price-matched local AutoZone parts, which made it clear there was no point in going out of my way to buy parts myself. That level of transparency and honesty really stood out. Jasmin went above and beyond by offering to change my cabin air filter, something no other employee at other Jiffy Lube locations has ever offered me before. That attention to detail made a big difference and showed real care for the customer. Overall, this location sets the standard for customer service. Professional, honest, efficient, and respectful.
