Lorenzo and his team were extremely helpful and quickly determined the oil filter was loose from an oil change we had done awhile back at a different Jiffy Lube. He tightened the filter, topped off my oil and washer fluid and when I asked how much I owed him he said “Just have a nice day!”. So grateful for their help, and it’s safe to say we’ll be taking our cars to Lorenzo in the future.
