I waited all that time to be told that my oil had been overfilled by 2.5 quarts and that I need to not add so much oil. This is being told by the same manager that processed me when Valvoline overfilled my car a month earlier saying that I needed to be topped off because Toyota under filled the oil change prior to Valvoline’s oil change. According to the manager, that’s on me for approving the work. I’m supposed to pull to the side and check the dipstick myself or believe that they’re doing a proper dipstick check. 10/10 Will be back with a car whose engine I want to flood. At least the manager figured out how to reset my maintenance light this time. I can’t wait to dish out more money to have somebody who knows cars to do the job right this time. Don’t waste your time going here unless you want to stop by to say hi to the owners at Legend’s. They’re the best part of the process. Don’t just agree to what they’re saying, challenge it. They’re just trying to get your money.
