    I went on Veterans day and Zach, Shad, Michael, and Devin did an amazing job. They were so kind and probably recieved 20 calls about if they were doing free oil changes for veterans. They were kind on every call even though they weren't doing that service and gave me free wipers blades!

    I came here for an oil change and honestly had a frustrating experience. After starting the service, the staff realized they might not have the correct oil filter for my vehicle. One of the technicians even said, "They should've taken this shit to the dealership," which was very unprofessional to hear as a customer. They eventually found the right filter and finished the job, but this situation could've been avoided if they had checked for the correct filter before taking the old one off. Imagine if they hadn't found it I would've been stuck mid-service. Poor preparation and communication overall. That said, I do want to recognize Zachary he was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. If you go here, I recommend asking for him specifically.

    I went today to get an oil change and some air in my tires and it was such a pleasant experience. They gave me military discount and gave me new windshield wiper blades for no cost. The service was fast and everyone was so nice. They checked out my car so they can let me know what they recommend I need to get serviced which they told me my car was good to go but gave me recommendations from Toyota dealerships based on my mileage which was nice because I know hardly anything about cars. They also made sure that whatever they recommend there is no pressure on getting the services done right then and that I am always welcome come back whenever I feel comfortable getting the services. I just want to reiterate how nice everyone was and I definitely felt like I could trust them with my vehicle and whatever they recommend. Overall it was just a really great experience, I just came for an oil change and some air lol but they went above and beyond. I just had to share.     Man this jiffy Lube is the BEST!!! Guys here know what they are doing very eager to help, nice, diligent, even if you have a problem they can't fix they give good recommendations to other place with good business etiquette.
