I came in a couple minutes after the call and he greeted me and let me know he is who I spoke with. I had some concerns with my oil and he checked everything and let me know what was going on. He gave me options and talked me through the whole process. Ben, Chris, Christian, and James were all very professional and made me feel comfortable and not taken advantage of! I have always heard that jiffy lube was a scam but theses workers made me think otherwise! I will definitely be back!
