    Great customer service. I went in to purchase a battery terminal not only Curtis told me to bring the car up there and he will switch it out for me, he ended up finding out that wasn't the issue, fixed the issue, and refunded me for the terminal I purchased.

    Austin was amazing. He went above and beyond helping me with my power steering pump. He showed extreme patience with my questions and concerns for over an hour while also helping other customers and taking calls. We found out the part I was struggling with was discontinued and he still helped me find the correct adapter after all of my car parts issues. He had a great attitude the entire time. I will continue coming to this autozone specifically.

    The manager of this location is mad at the world and doesn't care about taking it out on customers. Came in for some adhesive and i asked about a price discrepancy for the item's price on the website. The manager from the jump was extremely condescending and told me that the price on the website is different in-store. I asked if he could price-match the same product from the autozone website price. He proceeded to lecture me that in any retail company, the price on the website is always going to be different than the in-store price (which simply isn't true). He said if i want it at that price, I need to order it online for in-store pickup at that location, despite the product literally being in front of me. He basically said I was making a big deal over nothing, when I was only respectful to him when i first approached him with the inquiry. Don't come to this location if you want decent customer service.
