  Austin was amazing. He went above and beyond helping me with my power steering pump. He showed extreme patience with my questions and concerns for over an hour while also helping other customers and taking calls. We found out the part I was struggling with was discontinued and he still helped me find the correct adapter after all of my car parts issues. He had a great attitude the entire time. I will continue coming to this autozone specifically.

  The manager of this location is mad at the world and doesn't care about taking it out on customers. Came in for some adhesive and i asked about a price discrepancy for the item's price on the website. The manager from the jump was extremely condescending and told me that the price on the website is different in-store. I asked if he could price-match the same product from the autozone website price. He proceeded to lecture me that in any retail company, the price on the website is always going to be different than the in-store price (which simply isn't true). He said if i want it at that price, I need to order it online for in-store pickup at that location, despite the product literally being in front of me. He basically said I was making a big deal over nothing, when I was only respectful to him when i first approached him with the inquiry. Don't come to this location if you want decent customer service.

  This particular Auto Zone sold me a starter , I’m not a mechanic nor is my son , it was a refurbished one ( he buys all new parts for his vehicle) so when he removed starter from box he was taken back by the starter being dirty . I told him that is what they sold me , he put it in , thinking maybe that I s how refurbished parts come , and of course it did not start . He went thru the other steps of fuse and relay switch , still did not start . Went back to this particular store to test old starter , their machine to test it did not work . So I took it to the Auburn store they said , it failed , so turned core in at that store . I was than told by my other son that the starter they sold me was a Toyota part which they don’t sell , they must of accidently sold me a core . Ok no problem HOWEVER we were accused of trying to scam them by TIM continuously , had to listen to how great he is and that is why he is at that to store for people like us ( even though we were buying a new one this time ) , why would I go to Auburn store ( HELLO ) , said they would never sell us a part in that kind of box , even though the numbers on box matched receipt , even though he called Auburn store for verification of core , called me an angry old lady , kept saying he was taking a hit for whatever we were trying to return to store , but he was still making a hundred dollars off of us . It was unbelievable , not to mention store manager just listened to it all without stepping in . If you choose to go to this store MAKE sure you know what you are doing because they don’t and be aware of TIM who is just full BS .
