  We took my wife’s van in, and the experience was excellent. The team was fast, reliable, and consistently on time. Their quotes were accurate, and their customer service was friendly and professional. It’s refreshing to be in an area with businesses that demonstrate strong values, integrity, and respect this company truly embodies all of those qualities.   My name is Tatiana. Grease Monkey in Colville is an absolute scam!!! Don’t take your car there. I do not recommend going to Grease Monkey. I recently went for an oil change and almost ended up with a seized motor. After paying almost $100.00 for the oil change and all the checks they perform, my oil filter was installed with only hand-tightness. My truck started losing oil, creating a mess in my driveway. After waiting two weeks to get in to see my mechanic. The mechanic found out the oil filter was barely holding on. Once the oil filter was correctly installed, I took my documented findings to Grease Monkey, hoping to get some satisfaction. They stated that they will call my husband to find out how much oil he added and possibly reimburse us for the cost of the oil. They never called, and they refused any refund for the cost of the oil change. In a small community such as ours, you would hope that your local business would want a good reputation and not one of messing over the neighbors. I do not recommend going to Grease Monkey.

  Chis, Keith and Sam on the red team helped me at the Colville Washington location. They were AMAZING!!! So detailed and took really good care of me😁 I am a long time costumer!!!

  Top notch customer service, clean, consistent, professional outfit. Go show your ride some love and get an oil change, new wipers and a thuro but quick peace of mind safety check. Let um know Mr. Hoots sent ya.

  A Shout out to The Red Team !!! Chris was so helpful, I came at the right time got my oil change and dirty filter changed. It was perfect timing In & Out in less time than I thought! Customer Service with a smile, and affordable price....that's what keeps me coming back ! Thank you.✌️❤️
