- JSJesse StynerApr 27, 20261.0Unfortunately service was unreliable and unprofessional. Oil changed on Saturday, on Monday we noticed oil stains in several spots in our driveway. After calling and taking it in, all the employees (and other customers) were laughing about our situation. When I called the store to speak with a manager about this he hung up on me. Update - after taking it in and having them supposedly fix their mistake, our car is still leaking.

- LKLion kingApr 6, 20261.0Took my vehicle in to have diffs as well as transfer case serviced. For the differentials, they charged for 6.4 quarts of oil when both diffs combined take max 4 quarts!!! (2 for Dana 44a rear and 1.8 for dana 30 front). They charged for 3.2 quarts for an nv247 transfer case when they only take 1.5 quarts max!!! I opened my rear diff plug and had about a quart of foamed fluid pour out!!! What is going on this is unacceptable!!! And on top of that they put 75w90 on my diffs that take 75w140, which is clearly written in the diff tags!!! I understand it’s supposed to be a quick oil change but that shouldn’t be a trade off for quality considering they are not cheap!!!

Antonio was my technician, he listened well to my concerns about getting my old car that had been sitting, back to road worthy. He made sure everything was working right, helped me understand what maintenance was important for longevity, and had a very cheerful personality. He even made sure I used my email coupons so I felt I could afford the work that was suggested. This team always does amazing work, highly suggest them.
