  Honestly, I was expecting a tow and a headache when my bus broke down, but this turned out much better. Kyle showed up and instead of just hooking it up right away, he took a look at what was going on and said he might be able to fix it. A couple hours later, he actually had me back on the road. I didn’t expect that at all. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and he was super easy to talk to the whole time—just a genuinely good guy. You can tell he cares about helping, not just getting the job done as fast as possible. I’d definitely call him again, whether I needed a tow or someone to take a look at a mechanical issue. Really appreciate the help, Kyle.

  My car died on the freeway near Napavine and Kyle diagnosed and brainstormed with a friend and got my car functioning again in a couple hours so I could continue my trip. He carefully went over the issue and what he repaired as well as what to watch for as I continued on my journey. A real hero in my book!!

  Kyle came out in the pitch dark to give me a jump start! He got here fast and was very professional and friendly. He got my car started in no time at all! I really appreciate you coming out to silver lake to give me a jump start! I highly recommend Staffords towing!
