  We've bought a few vehicles at dealerships over the years and up until our experience with Dave at Interstate Honda & team, it was always with gritted teeth. Different experience here. Literally no hassle, easy going, professional and extremely patient. From test drive to negotiation to signing papers, we felt like we were all on the same side, getting to the best possible outcome. Even freshly baked cookies. Interstate Honda and Team, highly recommended. Thank you!

  We had such a great experience with Joe at the Honda dealership! He really took the time to understand our concerns and made us feel like he truly cared. He even offered to pay for our snacks when I realized my card was left in the car, which was incredibly thoughtful. On top of that, he helped us get into our dream car something we didn’t think was possible. We’re so grateful thank you so much!

  Joe Hartough was the best car salesman I have worked with in years! The process at Interstate Honda was also the fastest purchase I have ever made! I remember spending hours at a dealership when purchasing a car. I was in and out in two hours. Joe fully explained all the options on the car and everything I needed to know about the car! I would buy a car from Joe again.

  Omg 😍 soooo, the hubby and I took my 2024 Honda Civic in for routine maintenance and ended up taking home a 2026 Honda Civic Si off the showroom floor. It was not intended, however, we had been discussing trading my car in for a few months but I hadn't found one I fell in love with yet. That's where the Si and Kayleena come into the story. She was sitting innocently at the front counter and I brought her into my whirlwind world of nutty ideas and we test drove The Gray Lady within minutes. Kayleena rode with us and was all smiles and encouraging. Turns out this was to be a unique experience for her as well! So, the test drive went amazing and we needed numbers. This was it. The time that told us we could afford it or the time we discovered we weren't cool enough for a sports car yet! Kayleena sat with us, listened to our stories like she cared and for a while she made us feel like she was just as excited as we were to be possibly the first owners of this showroom beauty! She got us water, was positive and encouraging and without her, I may have walked away from my new vehicle. That's not to say anyone else was less than though because, honestly, everyone we engaged with that day was friendly and helpful. I did not feel pressured. I was able to voice concerns. I was listened to and the experience overall did not leave me feeling like I'd have to pick up an extra job to afford a car I got talked into and didn't like. Thank you Interstate Honda, Kayleena, Zack, Thad and Joe! You all rock!

  My name is Bill and I would like to share a quick thank you to David Spath at Interstate Honda. Our oldest daughter lives in Lacey, WA. and unfortunately her extremely old minivan was beyond " on it's last leg ". Her machanic told her to contact David at Interstate Honda and he would help her. Her budget was low and credit was bad, due to a lengthy recent divorce. Our daughter showed up, David was waiting for her and found a really nice used vehicle with low milage and enough room for her 4 children. We were the co-signers and live out of state. David contacted us, emailed with instructions on what he needed to close the deal to hold the vehicle. Then he over nighted the paperwork, with a self addressed FedX envelope to return the papers the next day. Our daughter had the vehicle the next day and now can quit worring ( so can we ) about breakdowns with her old car. Nicely done David and thank you very much. Bill and Lauree
