  Great customer service Brock was super patient while i was cleaning definitely appreciate his service was stocking rags and lending helping hand the 30 minutes I was here!!

  Third strike and you're OUT! Brought my truck here for a quick wash (after two previous unsatisfactory visits) because it was close to home. Again, it was a mistake... First time I came here, I discovered they don't have a kiosk to select your preferred wash, you have to wait for the gatekeeper with their touch pad. After many minutes of waiting, the employee showed up and took my order and tired to upsell me to the monthly membership. No thank you, just the wash please. Second time, same drill and a unsatisfactory wash, which i didn't notice until I got home. Finally today, I got to the gate and the friendly employee tried the upsell TWICE in the same transaction. No thank you, just the basic wash please. Got out of the wash to inspect the results - not good. There were dirty streaks along the bottom of the doors and across the tailgate. I went to speak to the manager and was told they are having a problem with the solenoids that control the low level brush systems - that's why it's not clean. He invited me to go thru again (and a third time if necessary) to get the truck clean. He didn't have a satisfactory answer how these repeated passes would significantly improve the cleanliness of my truck. Up side was he promptly and cheerfully processed my refund. I'll make the trip to Centralia to a better car wash.

  Charlie was very friendly & attentive to my experience. seemed genuinely concerned about how the wash was working & said he'd pass on my suggestions & answers to his Q"s. I like how quickly i'm checked in and sent thru the wash; whether by an attendant or the camera system. the vacuum systems are great & the air nozzle and towels are the perfect touch for a great detailing. keep it up and Koodos to Charlie for his hard work. 3-10-26

  At this point it’s almost a scam. I have taken several pretty clean vehicles there over the last few months, and each time severely disappointed. I don’t know why I keep thinking it will be better. I’ve tried every package. This last one I just I just took looks arguably worse. The car was honestly just very dusty. I took a pic after its done of the hood to show you that they didn’t even take the dust off really and all kinds of missed areas. Not sure what people are paying for or how’s there’s any positive reviews…. Like I said I’ve literally takin several vehicles here all shapes and sizes and this is the outcome no matter what package. I never leave reviews either… just thought I would share. This company needs to do better.

  This is the 2nd time I have used this company and location. I was in several weeks ago. I didn't realize until I got home what a horrible job the wash had done. The back of my Explorer was still very dirty the lower panels on both sides. Fast forward to today. It was nice so I decided to vacuum and do a wash. The 2 vacuums I tired did not work and the hoses were too short. A nice gal checked my in and explained how the ceramic pkg was on sale for $21 something. I told her i would sign up for that pkg. I mention to her about what happened the previous visit. Well, when I got done I jumped out quick to check the back...HMMM...SAME DIRT IN SAME SPOT, lower panels both sides still dirty and, windows still dirty. I don't have time to go back through your wash just to have the same dirt there AGAIN!! It wasn't just a one time thing. The only good thing...AT LEAST I DIDNT HAVE DAMAGE AS THESE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!!!
