  This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealer. This dealer is too ready to spend your money. Why just fix something when you can replace the whole engine for 2x the amount? At least that's their SOP. Then when I finally get them to just fix the car they didn't even do it right.

  I can't say enough good things about our salesperson Tucker. We had been looking at a used Silverado but I am slow in making a decision. When my wife and I decided to get serious about it we called Tucker and found out that the truck had been moved to the Olympia store. He went and picked it up and brought it back to Chehalis. We made a deal and bought the truck. The staff stayed after hours to get everything done so we could take the truck home. Mind you this was on a Sunday afternoon. I would like to say Thank You to Tucker and Brian the finance manager for being patient and working with us.

  Rich was helpful and personable. Made the process easy and I felt well informed leading up to my decision. He showed me all the options of equipment as well as finance. The process took much less time than I expected.
