I ordered parts on 10/28/25 in person, and after receiving no call within a week, I called the store. The store informed me that the wipers have not arrived and they will call when they do. I received no call. I went to the store today, only to find out that they never even placed the order. I paid for these items, but they were never ordered. I received a refund and will never return. Do not recommend this store, just go somewhere else. Anything else is better than this unprofessional and unreliable staff.

I was helped by a very nice employee by the name of Mark, he knew exactly where all the cleaners were and how well each one would work. He gave me some really good recommendations, and went out of his way to ask me if there was anything else wrong with my car. He looked up what I would need for an oil change and was ready to get all the supplies. This was my first time in autozone, and it was a great experience!

- TTTristenSep 10, 20251.0Manager isn't helpful at all. We were on a road trip and the thermostat on our car went out. We found this location, it was the closest one to us at the time and they had the part we needed on hand. It's an easy fix if you have the tools, which we did not. My partner went inside the store and spoke to an associate and explained our situation and he went to grab us some tools, but as he was coming back with them, the manager of the store stopped him and instructed him not to let us use the tools. Instead he gave us a socket set that was missing a bunch of pieces (of course including the ones we needed) I understand that tools are expensive and some people are dishonest and steal things, but we were over 150 miles from home and in a really tight spot and it would have been nice to have been treated as such and not like potential thieves. Anyhow, we limped the car to a better location farther away and fixed it. We didn't even buy the part from this location. 🙃
