  I have a few things to say... 1. customer service employees were super nice. 2. they give an inspection with photos and have a nice shop but... I took my truck in just to get a diagnostic and it wasn't touched for 2 days and then they were closed on Saturday and Sunday so I didn't get my truck back until Monday with half of my questions answered and I was charged for something I said I didn't need. (they did revoke the costs) I also called many times to figure out what's going on, and to get the link for the pictures. I wish I could just take it there and get my truck back with clear answers as to why they wouldn't check or let me know that my battery completely died at their shop over the weekend after the battery was only a month old.

  Appreciate the cheerful, positive energy of this business and efficiency of getting my repair done. Plus they welcomed my dogs while I waited!

  I scheduled a 4 wheel alignment for my 02 volkswagen passat after I replaced the inner n outter tie rods got my car back n it was not drivable steering wheel was not straight at all so i took it back the mechanic straight up told me he could only adjust the toe cuz I had bad bushings yet charged me $160. So i took it to luques tires for alignment they adjusted everything perfectly my steering wheel is straight drives perfect down the road oh and they didnt see any bad parts either. Not to mention they were so nice n didnt even charge me for the alignment.

  It's true, these folks are very good listeners, they dont push sales pitches. I bought a van last year. I got a full inspection done. They found and corrected a tranny seal leak, changed my spark plugs (no easy feet as they were behind the motor assembly covers and deep down.) They tested the antifreeze and it was well below standard. Cleaned the manifold and air filter, cabin filter too. Had the tranny flushed to be sure the fluids were good. They set up a care maintenance program so instead of waiting for it to break down I can just keep it in working order. It was a bigger cost to do those potentially neglected areas (used vehicle drama). After that any concerns I had they have always made a point to put attention to it even when I pulled in at closing time. Recently I over loaded my van and well it ate up my front tires. They did a quick visual and didn't see any obvious damage. I sent it to the rack for a closer inspection to make sure I didn't break a boot or cause suspension issues. They did not take advantage of the opportunity and said it was sound but struts and shocks may help- as I already had planned to do might give me the confidence. But they assured me its fine just watch my weight loads and address it as I can afford to - no rush it is not broken. Another time I wanted my center seats pulled out and the rails. I struggled myself to do it. Had them remove a rail only to find out i needed it put back in they put up with me no judgements. I got my solid final floor in for camping and dog proofing. I give them a great rating cuz they aren't trying to sell, they show you in video the issues, they also dont steal as one time I left the cash I brought to pay them laying on the floor in the van. Went to walk my dog - realized I lost the $1500 and then got a call of relief that they found it and put it up front in a safe. Yes, they could of taken it, but they didn't! So yes, they have good ethical values and kindness.
