  If you have any problems with your truck, run. Run literally to any shop other than this one. One star is one too many, but it’s the lowest allowed. We brought our truck in and were excited that they were able to get to it quickly. I happily paid $1400 at pickup, but before I even made it home the truck presented with the exact same issues I had dropped it off to have fixed. I called and was told to bring it right back and they would “make this right”. A couple weeks later we were told truck was fixed and ready for pickup. We again paid another $1500(to me that’s not “making this right”), and again the truck presented with the exact same issues on the drive home. Every single previous issue, not one resolved, and some worse. We called and were told to drop it off again… Another couple weeks go by and we were told it’s ready for pickup. We went to get it and were updated that it wasn’t actually ready, bc the parts went towards a different truck, so it would be another few days. Finally picked it up again, with another $1600 bill. If some issues were resolved with any previous payment, I would be less salty, but to pay thousands of dollars for them to throw parts at it and be treated with disrespect when questioning the constant bills with no resolution is beyond frustrating.

  Blown away by the outstanding service! Kayle has an awesome team. Nate did a great job installing my new transmission, and took the time to explain his work. Highly recommend Skagit Transmission.

  My truck had gear slippin bad, this shop fix it up quick. Price was fair, folks talk honest, now it shift smooth again. Good place, I recomend.

  Fast, friendly service. Although what we were experiencing presented as a transmission problem, it fortunately turned out not to be. However, they still helped out by passing on what they saw and recommending we get what actually turned out to be the issue looked at by a mechanic.

  Great communication, looked at the car when they said they would and it was done when they said it would be done. Had a rebuilt transmission, and they fixed a nasty oil leak I had that I never even mentioned. Wasn’t even charged for the labor on the leak. Owner is a great dude, come here for transmission issues!
