- SMscott mastersMar 23, 20261.0I got an oil change here and had the worst experience. First of all, they never secured the hood of my car. The other issue, they had to remove the skid plate from my car, which wasn’t the problem but they didn’t put it back together right. I was driving on the freeway and it came undone on the front of the skid plate and was dragging on the road, mind you I was driving at highway speed. I know there was water that got into my electrical system, because now o have a lot of electrical issues. I got passed around from district manager to another manager and the only solution they have is to refund my oil change and replace the skid plate. DO NOT GO HERE!! Update APRIL 4, 2026: contacted customer care and nothing but crickets. Still have a damaged car
