    They made me wait one hour to get a rental, provided a gas guzzler as an only option, then made me rush the contract signature while failing to mention their restrictions for pets in the vehicle. I was charged 300 detail fee that could have been avoided. During the rental period, I called to request a smaller car more similar to mine they told me to call back later to make to same request and made no effort on their side to schedule and swap out cars.

    Due to the fact that the website let me book a car right at closing and my uber driver got lost picking me up at the airport I was a few minutes late. If they close at a specific time and are unable to help people a few minutes after that time it shouldn’t let me book at that time without a little wiggle room. Because now I am stranded out of state without a ride costing me the trip. So as long as you don’t book when they close I bet the service is great.

    The vehicle was in such disrepair, I returned it the same day. It was not in good enough condition to be driven around town, and I feared what could have happened if I dared to take to a few cities over for work obligations. I'm stunned that they would out their customers safety and life in danger by renting unsafe vehicles.
