My car was initially looked at and checked in only to get to the front of the line 45 minutes later and be told that no one could work on my car. I was offered very little explanation or communication and ultimately my time was wasted because of the poor service here. I’m super disappointed in the quality of service offered at this location.

My first experience here was amazing! Shahid greeted me right away and was so professional and nice. He explained everything well to me. Everyone was so prompt, kind and professional, especially the manager - I believe his name was Nolan! They remember their regulars and work as a team all while doing it in the cold. I appreciate this location so much!!

While the technician was checking my air filter, they managed to uninstall the air filter compartment in the process as provided by the photos. Mind you it’s only two clips to remove the air filter cover. I have no idea how the technician managed to rip out the whole compartment. I only noticed it was damaged because they had issues closing the hood. One the job once done, I drove down the street to the store and checked my hood and noticed the right side was sticking up significantly. I drove back to Valvoline and upon waiting for the manager, that is when I noticed the air filter compartment was uninstalled. Luckily, it was able to be back into place, with some minor damage. Hopefully no further issues arise down the rode. The manager only offered at 20 percent discount for the next service. As if I would go back to a place that damaged my vehicle. Wouldn’t even give me a refund. If you go here, be observant of the work they do. Luckily it was only an oil change that I went in for, I couldn’t image getting anything more complicated and having them cause serve damage to a vehicle.
