  The vehicle was in such disrepair, I returned it the same day. It was not in good enough condition to be driven around town, and I feared what could have happened if I dared to take to a few cities over for work obligations. I'm stunned that they would out their customers safety and life in danger by renting unsafe vehicles.

  A rock hit my windshield. As seen in my attached pictures, it was the size of a quarter or less. I dropped the car off overnight. Months later, I received a call from my insurance company asking for a statement. Apparently after I dropped the car off, the crack expanded. Now they’re charging me $750+. I won’t consider renting from Enterprise again until I’ve paid $1000+ through Dollar, Hertz, Turo, etc. I’ve only ever used enterprise for car rentals, and that’s now going to change over a rock hitting my windshield.

  Great customer service nd the car was great thank you so much The staff were friendly and professional, especially Phill. It was easy to rent the car and easy to return it.

  We rented a like new Hyundai ELANTRA. The customer service experience with enterprise was stellar.
