  Bode took the time to show me a car at the last hour before closing. I came into the dealership unsure of what car to even get. He showed me the 2026 Toyota crown limited and I absolutely fell in love with it! Their enthusiasm and knowledge made me genuinely excited about the car and helped me see why it was a perfect fit! Alex on the other hand from start to finish, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my needs. I didn’t feel pressured, and i felt confident in my decision thanks to his guidance. For someone new to the company I was really impressed! If you are looking for someone who is honest, patient and goes above and beyond for their customers, i highly recommend Alex T. and Bode!

  Had a great experience at Burien Toyota. The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Matheus Nanbu was my sales consultant and easily one of the friendliest and most patient people there. He helped me test drive a couple of cars, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure all my concerns were addressed without any pressure. I ended up getting a 2026 Camry SE Nightshade, and the whole experience—from test drive to finalizing the deal—was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Burien Toyota, and especially Matheus, if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience!

  I generally prefer not to leave negative reviews, but I feel I have no other choice. I recently purchased a 2025 Camry here, and I cannot recommend this dealership at all. From the sales manager to the salesperson, the staff was impatient and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I have been trying to reach the finance department for several weeks to discuss an issue, but no one will call me back. Every time I call, I’m told they cannot transfer me and that there is no direct line. Despite leaving my information multiple times, I have yet to receive a response. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. I would highly suggest looking elsewhere."

  Went here a few days ago. Called ahead and spoke with Ethan. He was very attentive and prompt with his responses (thank you Ethan). Got there and was set up with a female sales rep. She initially did not know where the vehicle my family and I specifically wanted to see and attempted to try to convince us to buy a hybrid Crown. My family was not impressed. It took at least 20 minutes to find the vehicle we wanted. After they found the vehicle and test drove, they were not willing to work with the price. We provided quotes from other dealerships, but ultimately left due to this lot not wanting to negotiate. The biggest factor was the warranty, in which we were told by the female sales person they were the only lot that offered it. Later that day, we ended up finding and purchasing the same vehicle from Toyota Larson in Tacoma from Justin Smith; with the price and warranty we searched for. What could have been a purchase at this lot was purchased at another. Would not recommend going to this lot because of the poor service. Hopefully this review will gain attention and traction and used as a learning experience for the service here.

  We were shopping for a new car and end up at Burien Toyota. It was a pleasant experience with Matheus (Sales Agent) and Jimmy (Sales Manager). Even though has little just more than one month on the job, Matheus has demonstrated a positive attitude and a depth knowledge about car features & functions. The best of all is Matheus was very patience and never pressured us in anyway. Jimmy was very helpful in assisting Matheus in many questions that we asked. In summary, we highly recommend Burien Toyota and just look for Matheus and Jimmy for your new car shopping experience. Way to go, Matheus & Jimmy🤗👍
