  I had the best experience with the most outstanding three young men tonight! I pulled up totally lost kinda panicked needing to replace BOTH my headlights with no idea how and these workers took the time to show me and help me ! I am so blown away with their service and kindness!!

  Came in needing a battery. Pas E was very helpful and patient helping with my battery replacement. I feel he went above expectations.

  Coleson was super helpful and very kind. Helped with Rainers mess up on my battery, definitely recommend him for battery help! Definitely deserves a raise as well

  Pas was incredible. He helped me get my battery refitted after a connected corroded. My old mechanic used non standard brackets and this guy was awesome figuring out which ones needed to be replaced.

  My name is Lisa Branson. 2 months ago, I purchased a used vehicle out of state and it was sent to me here in Burien Washington, on a car transport carrier. The passenger side headlight was not working. So I went to AutoZone to purchase a replacement bulb. However, Kevin, the gentleman who helped me, discovered the wires and connection were actually burnt. I purchased the parts needed to fix my headlight issue for less than $45 and it's been working great ever since! I told Kevin I would give him a great review because he was very professional and his customer service skills are awesome! That was on 12/8/25. Now the driver side headlight is not working so again, I purchased a bulb to fix it and that was not the issue as well as the wires and connection on the driver side headlight were also burnt. So you went back into the Burien AutoZone and told Kevin of the situation and again I purchased all the parts needed to fix the issue for less than $45! Once again, Kevin really saved me a lot of money for a car repair I didn't have and did an awesome job of fixing it. Well he was fixing my headlight we were chatting and I asked him if he saw that I had wrote a 5-star review a couple months back when he fixed my other headlight? He said AutoZone never received a review or anything from me. I submitted the first review under AutoZone cares. So I don't know if there's any way he can get credit for the review I did on 12/8/25 that apparently you never received, as well as getting credit for this one I'm submitting today, on 2/5/26 via Google. He totally deserves 2 credits to his name. You are lucky to have him as an employee who honestly cares about giving great customer service!
