Can’t thank the crew enough finance was amazing to deal with, Andrew sales manager made sure I was happy and satisfied with purchase everyone stayed late to make sure I was satisfied the sales guy Nicholas was amazing to deal with he made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and made sure the car was right for me to make sure I was happy!! I will be buying all my cars here from now on !!

Danny with KBB and sales at Burien Nissan will not stop calling and harassing me. I have asked him and his team multiple times to stop calling me. I sold my Nissan years ago, and will never again purchase a Nissan just based off of their employees behavior alone at this point.
Zero stars. My experience with Tom, a salesperson at Nissan of Burien, was beyond frustrating and raised serious concerns about honesty and professionalism.
Tom initially reached out to me about a vehicle I had listed on Facebook Marketplace. He claimed he was very interested and assured me they would offer close to my asking price. I was very clear from the start that my car was in good condition and that I did not want to waste anyone’s time. He agreed and encouraged me to bring the vehicle in.
When I arrived, things quickly went downhill. Tom took my car for a test drive without me and was gone for over 45 minutes, which already felt inappropriate. I later noticed my car had been parked near the service bay during that time. After all of that, he came back with an offer that was about 40% lower than my asking price—completely contradicting what he had promised earlier.
I declined the offer, and after waiting about an hour and a half to get my car back, I discovered that several items were missing, including my all-season mats, a portable vacuum, a charger, and other personal belongings—including my Gucci sunglasses. When I brought this up, he denied any responsibility.
Overall, this experience felt deceptive, unprofessional, and deeply concerning. I would strongly caution others to be careful and think twice before dealing with this dealership.
