  I had a really great experience with Burien Chevrolet, especially during a stressful situation with my engine repair and warranty claim. Mike was my main point of contact and did an amazing job helping me navigate the entire process. He was made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Left me voicemails to keep my updated as well. Deb was also incredible, I was texting her constantly with questions, and she always responded, kept me updated, and never made me feel like I was a bother. Her communication and support made a huge difference for me. I’m truly grateful for both of them. They went above and beyond, and I really appreciate their patience, professionalism, and dedication. Highly recommend working with this team if you need service or warranty help!

  Best experience of my life with Chevy this time. I had been to different locations in Washington but this is the best. Best people and best service. The guy who helped me really really went extra mile in assisting me. Thank you for having employees who think like owners and give their best. He is the best and a valuable asset.

  After visiting a much less than stellar used car dealer, the folks at Burien were a breath of fresh air. They were professional, honest and open. I went there to look at a truck that sold 10 minutes before I arrived, but they helped me find a newer, truck that I fell in love with almost immediately. Bobby and Galen were extremely helpful an personable. I would highly recommend them and their dealership!

  Don't buy new vehicle here they have bait and switch tactic they advertise bunch vehicle on web bunch same msrp but when cone choose vehicle advertised they say that 1 thousand more it better to go sunset chevrolet sumner or auburn they have 3 day exchange, if feel some shady stuff going on,you exchange different vehicle or unwind car deal 3 day,buy here burien chevrolet they funded car deal asap, aslo thy have shady finance name Craig he will lied to about warranty coverage to get buy extended coverage, I ask warranty he offered is coverage like 10 year, 150000, 2026 chevy equinox ev , I ask him does this covers like bumper to bumper coverage equinox ev he said yes,in couple couple I had nudge feeling I better check my warranty sold me 1495 so for 10 year 150000 so cheap,did research found coverage like half,that is illegal shady practice man lying to me buy warranty doesn't cover like he say,I try get gm Chris involve have honor bumper to bumper extended warranty same price finance guy Craig lied to me I was supposed to have,it useless gm Chris try get offer me give at cost 2100 employee price extended warranty bumper to bumper coverage, this unacceptable they need stand by offer 1495 like promise in beginning or no point keeping this car for long time,ill get rid when 3 year 36000 bumper to bumper warranty expires, I was hoping keep car longtime.
