  This may seem a little unrealistic, considering I’m giving a five star review for work that has not even been started yet, but I wanted to highlight the beginnings of my process and experience with Gerber at their Bremerton location. The general manager, Miss Melissa has been nothing but professional, reassuring, and just a down to earth lovely person. I’m due to drop my vehicle off for a slight fender bender that again I was reassured will be handled and fixed accordingly. Between filing the claim and starting the process with USAA and Gerber on the whole, the timely manner and assurances from both companies have been nothing but the best. I will update my review after the work is done, but based on previous reviews and just the overall feel of their office and professionalism, I have no doubt in my mind that I will get my vehicle back and looking better than it did prior to the incident that occurred. Would I normally give a five star review to a company that has not provided the service yet? No way. I am in the military and I’ve been active duty for eight years now and I can tell when a company means business, strives for perfectionism and integrity, and I believe that’s what Gerber seems to be all about.   These guys were incredible. Calling regularly to update me on the progress. Then on top of that they worked well together as a team😊

  Jason and his PDR guy (sorry I forgot his name) took care of me on the spot for a great price. Glad they were open on Saturdays. They got about 90% of the dent fixed with zero damage to the matte finish. I'll def be taking my other cars there in the future.

  what a joke.........way to expensive............wow....did cost comparisons in Kitsap County....just for glass for a back window ....triple the cost for a window not installed by them.........UNBELIEVABLE.....!!!!!!!!!!! And the gal answering the phone kept price quoting for a windshield...........lol.......be careful with this outfit................
