I have picture from 30 minutes prior where they were in place. The manager went and got some cheesy small bolts to put on but then after putting those replacement bolts on the tech loosened other bolts on the rock guard.

I was told to do the whole procedure myself and was left my own devices with the directions consisting of a minute and 30 seconds explained and then after I expressed, I did not feel comfortable doing this procedure myself. I was told by a kid in glasses and the other kid in the office that everybody does it by themselves, this is absolutely not policy. I spoke with someone already who works For the headquarters at a different location This guy was the most polite service man I’ve ever spoken with compared to these Bremerton Employees who have no idea what they’re doing and could care less about the customer this place is garbage and childish

Matt is one of the few that actually does what they are supposed to he was Courteous and got what I needed done right. they need more people working there like him. I’ll keep coming back if he is there to work on my cars and change oil
