She took her car to a shop where they tried to sell her a battery for $500.00 before they would even look at the Transmission. So I Called a few shops and finally spoke to Rick at Transmissions Northwest. I explained the situation to him I felt like he understood. So I had my daughter take the car to him. She didn't have a ride back to where she was staying and Rick took the time to give her a ride. I thought the car would need a new Transmission and was bracing for a huge fee. Rick's team diagnosed the problem and it turned out to be a faulty alternator. So, they installed a new alternator and saved my daughter alot of money. I am so grateful for the honesty and skill of the guys at Transmissions Northwest. I would highly recommend Transmissions Northwest. Thanks again Rick!
