  The five star is only for the Bremerton, Washington enterprise Gig Harbor or anywhere else around Washington especially Gig Harbor is horrible. I would never ever even ask my worst enemy to go to Gig Harbor enterprise but Bremerton they’re the greatest.

  I just wanted to share how great my recent experience was and how much Lily contributed to it. She was extremely friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to from the start, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Lily was helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering my questions. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of before I left. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out, and it made a big difference in how enjoyable my trip was. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and about providing a good experience for customers. She represents Enterprise very well, and I truly appreciated her help!

  My family and I were involved in an accident we were hit from behind. Our car went into the Auto body shop in Bremerton. There was a little confusion because State Farm. (the insurance company for the guy that hit us) wanted to total my car out and give me $7000 to get another vehicle plus pay for the car rental while I was looking for a different car. I was not okay with this so I denied the offer and worked with the Auto body shop so we could get my Honda’s repair’s done. I had only had the rental car for a week when I noticed Enterprise was trying to deduct money from my bank account. I explained to them several times that State Farm was paying for the car rental and I had not accepted their offer and State Farm was not picking up my vehicle. They tried to deduct the money several more times. The auto body shop told me they had called Enterprise and let them know my car was still in the shop and I definitely needed the car rental while my car was being repaired. They still tried to deduct the money out of my account. I do think they could have been a little more patient and worked with me during this stressful situation. I ended up driving into the office and I called State Farm while I was there and they said No they were supposed to pay for the car rental. I think the representative or branch manager could of called State Farm to get everything figured out instead of just trying to deduct the money out of my bank account.

  I highly doubt this is an issue that I alone have. Their entrance and exit is located right after a four way stop and a long curve. There are bushes growing off of their property that make it extremely difficult to see pulling in and out. When informed of the issue they stated that their bushes being overgrown and unmaintained is somehow the cities issue. I am not one to argue so I have reported the issue to the city. I almost got hit pulling out because I couldn't see and I am certain the sidewalk is partially obstructed as well. Hopefully the city can make them see sense.
