  Came in for a rental today and they for some reason canceled the reservation we had, Jessica was very rude and condescending, the other lady a bigger white lady was just as bad! They definitely need some training in how to handle customer service! They seem like they dont want to work. Also I should not be able to reserve a vehicle if you dont have any

  I was pleasantly surprised at how great the service was. The Enterprise gentleman clearly understood the value of customer service, walked us out to the car, gave us a quick overview. Honestly this was the best rental car service I've ever received. The only thing that could be better is a more wide range of options for cars but I understand this is a small lot.

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise after my insurance arranged a rental due to a car accident that left me without a vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular Enterprise location was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I initially called to arrange pickup, I informed the associate that I would arrive around 2pm. She acknowledged they had no pickup or delivery options, which meant I had to find my own way there. Unfortunately, my ride fell through, and I was delayed. At 3pm, the same female associate called me with a rude and dismissive attitude, criticizing me for not being there exactly at 2pm. Despite explaining my situation, she continued to be unhelpful and unprofessional. When I arrived in person to pick up the car, it was the same associate who assisted me. She was again rude, disrespectful, and dismissive throughout the process, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. In addition, while the car appeared clean on the outside, the interior was in terrible condition. The inside was dirty, with sunflower seeds scattered around, footprints on the back seats, food residue on the fabric, grass on the floor, and fingerprints all over the console. There was even some food smeared on the windshield. It was clear that the vehicle had not been cleaned at all before being given to me. I had to clean the car myself so I wasn't driving around in a dirty vehicle. Finally, when I returned the car, although the return process was handled politely by a different associate, there was still no courtesy transportation offered. I had to arrange my own way back home. Overall, the level of customer service at this Enterprise was abysmal, from the repeated rude and dismissive behavior of the same associate to the filthy condition of the car’s interior. I hope this feedback helps improve your service for future customers.
