- JJJeevanJan 30, 20261.0A return was processed as a purchase and i lost 24$ and the store manager Sherry isnt helpful and told me to contact customerservice. A woman working that day wasnt in her zone. Customer service isnt helpful either. I raised a complaint with Regional office. Its never about money I didnt like how Sherry talked to me. I could be wrong but a store employee shouldnt be thinking the customers are dumb and speak condesendingly. If i made a purchase in store, Store should be helping me not the customer service. No wonder autozone has bad rep online. Why should customers tap cards even for a refund, no other stores do that for refunds. I should have asked before tapping the card. One of the other nice employee pointed out that one refund was processed as cash but i never was given any. When i pointed out that she didnt seem happy and proceeded to say that its not a cash transaction.

I purchased a 3 year car battery one year ago and all of a sudden my car battery wasn't charging. Amber is a very capable person. She solved my problem, changed out batteries and treated me with respect and professionalism. She even answered questions I had about other things with my car. Good customer service is a priority to me when doing business, Amber could be the representative for Auto Zone in that department!

I am so grateful today could’ve went a completely different way. I poured sealant in the wrong hole and it could’ve really damaged my car.
