  I did my tire swap and alignment over here on my vehicle. The experience got a little complicated with the alignment, but I can say that at the end of it all Michael left me happy and satisfied! He's a nice and reasonable man to work with.

  This place was amazing. On my way home from Spokane. Came up on some shocks & struts issues. They were able to take me in the next morning and got all the work done same day. I truly appreciate these guys and the work they do. Thank you!!

  I have used Goodyear in Bothell several times, including for simple tire services and for more extensive car repairs. They have always been OUTSTANDING. Excellent customer service, prompt with repairs and returning calls/questions about issues with my two vehicles and most importantly are earnest with what truly needs to be repaired with the vehicle. I have dealt with all 3 Michael's and Wayne there specifically and would highly, highly recommend anybody to their business. I have repeatedly gotten burned taking my vehicles to the make/model dealership....Kia dealerships in particular.....who consistently recommend repairs that are NOT necessary, nefarious in nature and downright fake reports. And I find these dealers to consistently take advantage of customers and in my opinion, female customers. It's shameful really. You would think taking a vehicle that is a KIA to a KIA dealership, that they would go out of their way to service your car fairly, accurately and not try and rip you off. Kudos to Goodyear in Bothell. I could not recommend them more. Honesty, fair prices, excellent customer service and most importantly....follow the Golden Rule.....something I teach my young son. It's a shame grown adults at these other dealerships (Kia) weren't ever taught that by their own parents.....
