  WARNING!! The car was dirty inside and out, a purse was found in our car from previous renter, we were given a standard SUV we arranged for a midsize, we ordered radio and didn’t get that was told they would fix it and call us it never happened, the blind spot lights didn’t work and auto lights were not available light came on. Along with all this they didn’t care didn’t make it right didn’t offer a future credit and not that they have to it’s the principle and the fact that they didn’t care.

  Editing my previously poor review, because the last time I came, they were able to put me in a nice AWD SUV, with no reservation. I’ve always had fantastic customer service experiences with all Enterprises, including this one. The only thing I DETEST about Enterprise/National is that at least in this region (maybe at every location?), they disable the ability to reserve an AWD SUV online in advance if the drop off location will be different from the pick up. I make 1-2 road trips (that I fly back for, hence the different drop off) per year for work that require AWD due to traveling over the mountain passes during ice/snow season, that I am not able to book a reservation for, but basically have to hope that a local Enterprise or National will have one available if I stop in as soon as they open.

  Never had a peoblem, always great service. Little hiccup today as they lost our reservation, but made it all good--immediately!
