They offer a great conclusive Service and Check multiple things on your vehicle like cabin, air filter and tail lights. I had a brake light out and they went ahead and replaced it, wipers, cabin air filter was completely filthy and didn’t even recognize it. Today was a pretty full service, including air filters, brake light, wiper blades. I hear they will soon also be doing tire rotations.

- NNNancyMar 28, 20261.0DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! The crew was nice and that's why I kept coming back. But on the last oil change my car began leaking oil. I took it back and they replaced the filter. It continued to leak. Instead of going back again, I took it to the dealer. They said that the threads on the filter stud were stretched and that gap that it caused is why it couldn't seal. They replaced the stud and it stopped leaking. I brought the invoice and the damaged stud to the manager and started the "claim" process. Two weeks later, without even having the chance to talk to the area manager, he denied the "claim." I requested that he call me and he hasn't. Their customer service model is terrible. You can't access the area manager even when requested to through Valvoline customer service. I will never take my car here again and will warn every one I can not to.
