    I came in for an oil change and they broke my engine oil cap from over tightening and caused my engine light to go on. I made a case online and was told Valvoline would refund me after purchased. They never did, Valvoline never showed me the video of service after I called many times and followed up with emails. 👎🏽

    I normally do my own oil changes but lack of time and wanting to spend my only day off doing it brought me in. Great service! Fast friendly and reasonably priced. In and out maaaybe 15 min? Asked me what type of oil id like and showed me prices.Showed me my air filter and asked if id like it replaced, rejected due to just changing it a couple months ago as well as wipers. Showed me replaced filter. Will be back again

    The service team did not know how to replace the air cabin filter and required us to look up a video for our VW Atlas. The service team neglected to properly secure the underside front cover of the vehicle when they finished working. The resulted in us dragging the cover on the ground causing general concern and confusion while we were driving. Upon returning to have it secured properly we needed to wait in line again and management made no effort to compensate us for our time.

    They lost a customer over a $12 part. Came back for another oil change and was turned away because we were missing an oil cap. They were the last ones to change the oil and my hood had not been opened since. The manager claimed it was not their fault, and that we were at fault. I disagreed and asked that when we returned with the new cap that they would discount the service for the cost of the part. She said no, and lost a customer over $12. There are a lot of options in this town - you'd think customer service would be one of their priorities.
