The girl at the counter with the very short hair responded when he showed her a picture of the tool on his phone … “well did you even look”!!!! I told her I asked him to ask for help since the whole isle was filled with tools and I thought you would know where it was. She went to show us and couldn’t find it either and had to ask someone else. The guy that knew where it was and was very nice. This girl needs a lesson on kindness and customer service.
